This analyser delivers real-time monitoring of produced water and seawater, providing oil and solids concentrations as well as particle size distributions to support optimal process control and efficiency.

Its compact, small-footprint design allows for easy transport and rapid setup, enabling fast data generation straight out of the box.

Process Imaging’s MEx1A is a mobile, all-in-one analyser that integrates the analyser and control computer within a single air-purged enclosure, certified for ATEX or IECEx Zone 1.

It delivers real-time monitoring of produced water providing oil and solids concentrations and particle size distributions to support optimal process control and efficiency.

The MEx1A_SK from Process Imaging Limited delivers continuous, real-time monitoring of oil and solids concentrations and particle size distribution, ensuring optimal process control and efficiency.

Engineered for permanent installation close to the sampling point, the system combines the analyser and control computer within a single, compact, air-purged enclosure certified for ATEX or IECEx Zone 1 hazardous areas — built for reliability in the toughest environments.

These two units are now bound for Norway, where they will be integrated with a wash pump system to deliver fully automated, self-cleaning operation.
